Blue Tesseract is a small consultancy with big ambitions that was established in 2023 to provide organisations with the expertise and insight needed to succeed across borders. Initially focused on project management, it has now grown to offer additional services in commerce for international expansion, executive business English training, editing & proofreading, and R&D. At our core, we solve problems and reduce risk.

Andy is a PhD-qualified scientist and certified project manager (PMP®, PRINCE2®) with over 15 years of international experience spanning academia, advanced industries, and consultancy.
He began his career as a design engineer before specialising in materials science through doctoral and post-doctoral research, later applying his expertise to multi-million-pound programmes across aerospace, automotive, energy, manufacturing, and defence. His work combines technical depth with structured delivery, enabling clients to solve problems, reduce risk, and capture measurable business value across Blue Tesseract’s core services:

Phoebe is a PhD-qualified energy and sustainability specialist with over a decade of consultancy experience in the UK, supporting clients across retail, transport, finance, real estate, and manufacturing. She has delivered more than 50 projects in energy efficiency, carbon reduction, and AI-enabled data analytics, achieving verified savings of 10–33% per client and contributing to programmes worth over £10 million. Her career has included high-profile collaborations with Marks & Spencer, EDF Energy, Unilever, Barclays, Virgin Media, Eurostar, AXA, PwC, KPMG, The Crown Estate, Lufthansa, and JLR. Fluent in English (PhD level), Mandarin (native), and Cantonese (native), Phoebe brings a rare ability to bridge linguistic and cultural gaps across international markets.
